SOUND THERAPY FOR COUPLES

Each session is tailored to provide for the needs of each couple to help enhance your relationship, intamacy and connection with each other. You may be going through a major life change such as moving house, a career change (for either or both of you), setting new goals, and/or you just want to do something special and unique to enjoy together that you will remember for a long time and strengthen your union.

Sound therapy/sound baths for couples can help with any of these and more.

Where

​If you're coming to me, then the sessions will take place at a venue in Leytonstone/Wanstead.
I can also bring the session directly to you within the comfort of your own home.

What a typical session looks like

I will guide you both through the session using a reflective process. You will then lay down comfortably together side by side with your eyes closed as I play the healing sounds from the instruments used in the sound journey, giving you an enriching experience that will be beneficial to you.

As the sound treatment finishes, there will be between 1-2 minutes of silence. During this time you will still have your eyes closed and I will ask you some reflective questions to answer for yourself internally. I will then ask you to open your eyes when you are ready and come back to the space. We will then have a short talk together sharing how the journey was for you both, seeing if there's any difference in how you feel at present from before we started. A intersessional task will then be given to you both that will help you process and/or maintain how you are now currently feeling from what you experienced from the session.
